• Open the Administration Console
  • Click on Procedures --> New Procedure.
  • A new procedure will be created to contain the Activities that you will drag from the Toolbox on your left.
  • Add one or more activities to the workflow dragging them from the Toolbox palette in the order you want they will be executed
  • Last step to the creation of a Procedure is to assign a name and a category to it.

The procedure just created can be assigned to a Task of the catalog or to an Event of a form.

To make the changes available to end-users you have to commit the changes.
