In a FormWork instance there are users and roles.

Through the FormWork web portal you can administer users that system recognize.

Log in the portal with ad administration user and surf Admin-->Security-->User Accounts. 

This will show the screen in the figure below:


In this screen you can see the list of users actually present and add, edit or remove them.

The remove is managed in two steps: 

  • soft delete: the user is marked as deleted, but he continues being saved in the system
  • hard delete: the user is permanently deleted.
