Backup a FormWork instance

To back up a FormWork instance you must:
- Back up the database that contains the FormWork Repository using the SQL Server Management Studio or a similar tool

Back up the application pool and the web site through IIS Manager
- Back up the web portal containing the instnace
- If you have IIS 7 e Web Deploy, you can perform the IIS Manager export wizard (and eventually import)
- If you don't have, back up the web site root folder
