You can run at any time a FormWork repository instance backup and save it to a file.
As well as being used to get a snapshot of an instance, backups are used during the deployment workflow.
To back up, enter into the web portal with user host and navigate in the Admin -> Modules FormWork -> FormWork Service Console and in the Repository press the button 'Create new backup'. This will create a zip file in the folder specified in the field 'backup folder' containing the entire repository instance except logs and database connection passwords.
