If a user tell he cannot sign to the system, please check the following:

  1. Check the user cann access the FormWork URL using a browser and surfing to the server instance (like http://my_server:1234/login.aspx)
  2. Try to make him log on the web page that appears
  3. Login as administrator and verify that the user is not locked
  4. If the user is locked, follow the unlocking procedure
  5. If the above steps did not work to change the user's password.

Attention: Due to the cache of the portal, it could happen that the user is not marked as locked, when in fact it is. To work around this situation reboot instance by logging as host, surfing to Host -> Host settings and pressing the 'Restart application', then start from step 3.
